The Board of Commissioners held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 to consider the adoption of, and thereafter adopted an Ordinance, to amend the code of the Township of Swatara, Chapter 295, thereof entitled “Zoning” by modifying Sections 295-25 and 295-26.E in order to rezone from the C-G General Commerical District to M-L Light Manufacturing/Industrial District the parcel identified as 63-024-055, with an address of 3501 Paxton Street.
