Request and Open Record
If you would like to make a request for a copy of an Open Record, please complete the required form. You should identify or describe the record(s) you want with sufficient specificity to enable the Township to determine which records are requested. Questions are not public records under the Open Records law and will not be answered.
Your request should then be emailed, faxed or mailed via U.S. Postal Service to the Right-to-Know Officer. Public records are open to inspection and for duplication during normal office hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Large requests will be viewed by appointment.
