During this meeting, the Board will also conduct a public hearing regarding Case No. 2023-004:
Pennsylvania American Water Company – request for approval of a Special Exception / Variance to construct a storage / office building on an existing lot with water storage tanks and pumping station located in a residential neighborhood. The subject property is located at Kelker Street and Reservoir Road in the Single Family Residential (R-S) zoning district. The Uniform Parcel Identifiers are 63-045-126 and 045-115.
