Zoning Map Amendment Applications
The Township has received the following zoning map amendment applications, which will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at their meeting on August 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
A. Zoning map amendment application for tax parcel 63-062-058 (no address). The applicant is seeking to change the zoning classification from Single-Family Residential (R-S) to Limited Commercial (C-L).
B. Zoning map amendment application for tax parcels 63-062-062 (no address), 63-062-125 (5150 Lindle Rd), & 63-062-129 (5100 Lindle Rd). The applicant is seeking to change the zoning classification of 63-062-062 from Agricultural (A) to C-L, 5150 Lindle Rd from A to C-L, and 5100 Lindle Rd from A to Medium Density Residential (R-M).
