Zoning Hearing Board Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Swatara Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a
Public Hearing on May 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the
Township Building located at 599 Eisenhower Boulevard, Harrisburg, PA 17111. The purpose of
the Public Hearing is for consideration of a Variance Request filed by Schaedler/Yesco
Distribution, Inc., for property at 3982 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PA, Parcel No. 63-001-020.
The property is in the Light Manufacturing and Industrial Zoning District and is used as a
distribution warehouse. The Applicant seeks a Variance from Sections 295-96.B and Chapter
295, Attachment 2 of the Zoning Ordinance for a setback for an accessory structure.
