Zoning Hearing Board Notice 2/26/2026, 7PM

Notice is hereby given that the Swatara Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a
Public Hearing on February 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the
Township Building located at 599 Eisenhower Boulevard, Harrisburg, PA 17111. The purpose of
the Public Hearing is to hear the following two Applications:

1. An Application submitted by Triple Crown Corporation and the PA Business
   Center, LP in regard to property at 1065 Highspire Road, said property known as the Eisenhower
   Business Center. The Applicant has appealed the denial of its Certificate of Zoning Use and
   Occupancy Permit Application for the said property, said denial issued by the Zoning Officer of
   Swatara Township under date of December 10, 2025. The Application was for a tenant, Pro-Fast,
   to utilize the property. The property Parcel No. is 63-062-026-000.
2. An Application submitted by Triple Crown Corporation and the PA Business
   Center, LP in regard to property at 1065 Highspire Road, said property known as the Eisenhower
   Business Center. The Applicant has appealed the denial of its Certificate of Zoning Use and
   Occupancy Permit Application for the said property, said denial issued by the Zoning Officer of
   Swatara Township under date of December 10, 2025. The Application was for a tenant, AIT
   Worldwide Logistics, to utilize the property. The property Parcel No. is 63-062-026-000.
