Watermain Replacement Project

Veolia is investing to improve water service in your area to accommodate PennDOT’s I-83 corridor
project. Veolia will be replacing aging water lines along N. 40th St. (Francis L. Cadden Parkway), Derry
St., Rosewood Lane, Oakleigh Ave., Brisban St., Rutherford St., and East Park Dr. in Swatara Township
as shown in red on the map below. Approximately 6,000 feet of new water main will be installed, 30
service lines replaced, and 5 fire hydrants replaced. This project is to begin in June of 2025 and will be
completed approximately by December 2025, weather permitting.
