Information Needed to Report a Street Light Outage
Exact location of the street light:
- Pole number (this will be a metal tag attached to the pole. Providing the pole number is the quickest way for PPL to find the correct street light.)
- Street address or nearest address
- Closest intersection
Description of the issue:
- Light is completely out
- Light stays on during the day
- Light flickers or cycles on and off
- Light is damaged or hanging
Number of affected lights:
- Single light or multiple lights
