Important dates for the 2026-27 Dauphin County Gaming Grant cycle

Swatara Township is now accepting applications for organizational support letters related to grant opportunities.

📅 Application Window:
Applications will be accepted from June 1, 2026 through June 22, 2026.

📧 Applications must be submitted to:
Grants@swataratwp.com

Applications will be reviewed by the Grants Chair, Board President, and Township Manager, with reviews completed by June 23rd.

Organizations that meet the established requirements will be invited to present their request at the next Board of Commissioners meeting. Invitation emails will be sent by June 24th, providing at least one week notice.

Applicants must attend the July 1st Board of Commissioners meeting and provide a brief update and presentation on their application, not to exceed five minutes.

Support letters approved by the Board of Commissioners will be considered at the July 8th BOC meeting.

Please note:
• Organizations that receive a successful support letter will not be eligible for another support letter request for a period of two years.
• Businesses will only be considered if they can demonstrate significant and measurable benefits to the residents of Swatara Township.
• No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines or incomplete submissions.
